Job summary

Geotechnical Sub Alliance (GSA) is delivering diaphragm wall and soil‑mixing works for Sizewell C’s foundations. You will lead technical delivery, site operations, programme and commercial performance with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.

The role requires robust NEC4 experience, strong client management, and a commitment to Zero Harm, quality and value delivery within an alliance environment. This is a high‑profile infrastructure project in the UK.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior project or construction leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of ground-engineering delivery incl. diaphragm walls and soil mixing.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and govern programme, commercial and delivery performance.
• Solid NEC contract experience (NEC4 preferred) and strong client/stakeholder management capability.
• CSCS and SMSTS (or equivalent).
• NEC4 accreditation and/or advanced safety or leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Integration: Lead and integrate operations, design, plant, procurement and commercial for diaphragm wall and soil-mixing works.
• Leadership & Culture: Set vision and leadership standards; develop capability; manage senior client interfaces.
• Safety & Quality: Champion Zero Harm culture; define safety and quality strategies and KPIs.
• Programme, Productivity & Commercial: Own master programme; lead forecasting, CVR and compensation events; drive value.
• Contractual & Alliance: Provide NEC4 leadership; manage risk and change; interface with Alliance Board.
• Other duties as required to deliver successful alliance performance.
