Job summary

DFM Resourcing is seeking Geotechnical Engineers and Senior Geotechnical Engineers to support a major UK nuclear new-build programme. The role covers ground investigation, geotechnical analysis and design of foundations, earthworks and related ground engineering solutions.

The position is remote/home-based with occasional UK office travel; it involves desk studies, site investigations, data interpretation and development of site-specific ground models. Progress towards CEng/Geol is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Civil, Geotechnical or Engineering Geology degree.
• Ground investigation and interpretation experience.
• Strong geotechnical design capability.
• Experience of foundations, earthworks and retaining structures.
• Geotechnical analysis experience.
• Experience within infrastructure, energy or another regulated engineering sector.
• Progress towards CEng/CGeol or equivalent experience.
