Job summary

Allen & York is seeking a Geospatial Operations Lead / Aerial Topographic Surveyor to own and grow the surveying capability. The role combines hands-on field delivery with project leadership, data quality oversight and collaboration with external partners.

A strong background in topographical surveying, plus experience with aerial surveys and LiDAR, is essential. The role offers hybrid working and clear progression toward senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in surveying.
• Proven background in topographical surveying.
• Experience with aerial surveying, photogrammetry and/or LiDAR.
• Strong CAD and survey processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on surveying work while managing projects from enquiry to delivery.
• Review data quality and coordinate external survey partners.
• Improve systems and workflows for efficient operations.
• Lead a surveying function and contribute to team development.
