Job summary

Vision Survey in Crawley seeks a Senior Land Surveyor to lead a range of land surveying projects, combining fieldwork with data processing and project support. You will mentor junior team members and ensure high standards of quality, safety and client service.

The successful candidate will independently manage on-site activities, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of our geospatial capabilities across sectors.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Leica survey equipment on various survey types.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and N4CE for data processing and deliverables.
• Solid understanding of surveying principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct traversing, monitoring, topographical and laser scanning surveys.
• Operate Leica Total Stations, laser scanners, levels and GNSS equipment.
• Process, manage and interpret survey data using AutoCAD and N4CE.
• Prepare survey drawings, reports and deliverables.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across outputs.
• Supervise and mentor survey team members on site.
