Job summary

Vision Survey, part of the Celnor Group, is seeking a Senior Land Surveyor in Crawley to lead land surveying projects and deliver accurate data. You will blend hands-on fieldwork with office processing, mentoring junior staff and supporting geospatial growth across diverse sectors.

You will work independently on site, manage day-to-day activities, ensure safety, quality, and client service across projects, and collaborate with clients and project teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Leica survey equipment and field surveys.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and N4CE data processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Conduct traversing, monitoring, topographical and laser scanning surveys.
• Operate Leica Total Stations, laser scanners, levels and GNSS equipment.
• Process and interpret survey data in AutoCAD and N4CE.
• Prepare survey drawings, reports and deliverables for clients.
• Mentor junior team members and supervise field activities.
• Maintain health, safety and quality across projects.
