Stantec's Ground Assessment Team in the UK seeks a Senior Geo-environmental Consultant to help deliver major infrastructure programmes across the AMP8 cycle, supporting clients such as Southern Water and United Utilities. Qualifications

• Degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or a related Earth Sciences discipline.
• Chartered member of a relevant professional institution (e.g., CGeol, CEnv, or CIWEM).
• Experience in land quality evaluation and contaminated site management within a UK consulting environment.
• Knowledge of current UK legislation and strong technical reporting, risk assessment, and remediation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical management and specialist input across projects through all lifecycle stages.
• Characterisation of materials and management of contaminated sites for infrastructure programmes.
• Support design teams and contracting partners with technical advice.
• Opportunity to engage in team management, client relationship development, and strategic business support.
