Job summary

WORKTUAL LIMITED in London seeks a Product Manager AI/ML to own the lifecycle of enterprise generative platforms, bridging business goals with technical execution and delivering production-ready AI features.

You will drive the roadmap, governance of the product lifecycle, and cross-border coordination with engineering teams, while shaping commercial strategies and budgets for scalable AI capabilities. This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder engagement across international teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or closely related technical discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in data management, machine learning, or AI product management.
• Infrastructure familiarity: Data engineering infrastructure and analytics pipelines.
• Execution: Launching and scaling enterprise-grade cloud-based data products.
• Leadership: Agile/Scrum, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap and Vision Strategy for advanced Agentic AI and Generative AI.
• Full lifecycle PLM governance from R&D through BAU transition.
• Coordinate technical sprints with engineering teams across geographies.
• Design business cases and budget for API compute and cloud costs.
• Model KPI performance: AI agent accuracy, drift, response times, user resolution.
• Present AI roadmaps to boards and external stakeholders.
