London-based Lead AI Engineer role within a global professional services environment. You will shape architecture, development and delivery of advanced AI and Generative AI solutions, working with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable technical strategies and guiding engineering teams through production deployments.

You will cover LLMs, RAG, modern AI frameworks, cloud platforms, MLOps and responsible AI, while influencing technical direction and reusable delivery

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise AI/ML deployment experience.
• Strong Python expertise with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases and evaluation.
• Solid MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring and AI governance.
• Cloud exposure across AWS/Azure/GCP with architect-level view.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across senior teams.

Responsabilités

• Define AI architecture and Generative AI strategies for clients.
• Design production-grade AI pipelines spanning data, models and deployment.
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex deployments.
• Govern guardrails for secure, responsible AI and monitoring.
• Translate business challenges into scalable technical plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive reusable engineering practices.
