Job summary

WRITER is seeking an AI engineer to shape enterprise AI solutions and scalable agents for a world‑leading marketing and revenue platform. You will deliver production ML systems, integrate with our end‑to‑end platform, and advance capabilities across LLMs and AI agents while ensuring ethical alignment and safety.

This role offers a hybrid arrangement at our London hub and reports to the Head of AI Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML/AI systems in production.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Strong foundation in ML, deep learning, and NLP with LLMs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable AI applications into production environments.
• Drive development of intelligent agents and AI-powered features for customers.
• Collaborate with research scientists, data scientists, and product managers to define requirements.
• Contribute to evaluating emerging AI technologies and tools.
• Champion responsible AI practices including bias detection, explainability, and safety.
