Job summary

Pulse Healthcare is seeking a Band 7 General Radiographer Locum to join our Preston team. Start ASAP for a 2-month assignment, 37.5 hours per week, at £28.00 per hour.

You will perform X-ray, CT and MRI imaging, prepare patients, ensure safety and quality of images, maintain records, and support junior staff while complying with HCPC standards.

Applicants should have 1–2 years post-qualification UK experience in radiography.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• 1–2 years post-qualification UK radiography experience (NHS or private).
• Proficiency with imaging equipment and radiographic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray, CT and MRI imaging and ensure high-quality images.
• Prepare patients, obtain consent and ensure safety.
• Operate/maintain radiography equipment and QA procedures.
