BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Financial Services Manager – General Ledger. You will lead the back-office General Ledger function across the UK&I Division, ensuring robust governance, balance sheet control and timely reporting, with office attendance required at multiple locations and travel between sites.

As a senior FS team member, you will drive continuous improvement, coach a team, and manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end processes across the ERP platform, while building strong

• Experience in resource and capacity planning and staffing.
• Strong Record-to-Report knowledge and financial reporting.
• Solid accounting principles and governance understanding.

Responsabilités

• Own and lead General Ledger across the UK&I Division.
• Ensure balance sheet integrity and timely reporting.
• Drive month-end close processes and controls.
• Coach and develop the FS team; optimise resources.
• Plan, prioritise, and improve end-to-end processes.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and audits.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement automation initiatives.
• Leverage AI/analytics to boost efficiency and quality.
• Deliver insightful management information for decisions.
• Act as Centre of Excellence for processes and systems.
