Club L London is seeking an experienced Senior Garment Technologist to join our Manchester HQ, leading fit and quality across the product development lifecycle. You will own fit sessions, liaise with suppliers, and ensure products meet our standards for fit, consistency and durability.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Garment Technologist to join our team at our Manchester HQ, leading fit and quality across the full product development lifecycle. You will take ownership of fit sessions, supplier communication, and quality standards, ensuring all products meet the brand’s expectations for fit, consistency, and performance.
Working closely with Design, Production, and Merchandising, you will play a key role in driving best practices, improving processes, and reducing returns. You will also support and develop junior team members while building strong relationships with our global supply base. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone with strong technical expertise, a commercial mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality product.
Previous experience as senior technologist is preferred but not essential.
Preferably a degree or similar within technical textiles.
Ability to fit accurately and at speed to ensure Club L London are first to market with the latest trends.
Strong understanding of pattern cutting and garment construction, a pattern cutting background is preferred but not essential.
Attention to detail is key to maintain the brands quality standards.
An understanding of testing and compliance is essential.
Passionate about the Club L London product, customer focused attitude and commercial eye.
Must be organised and able to lead and work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
