Job summary

Marlin Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced FX Sales Executive to join its London-based EMEA FX business. The role focuses on originating new client relationships, driving revenue, and delivering high-quality service to institutional clients within the electronic FX ecosystem.

You will work closely with the Head of FX Sales, EMEA, manage pricing across FX Spot, Forwards and Swaps, and travel to meet clients. 3+ years' experience and deep product knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in FX Sales in institutional environment.
• Strong knowledge of eFX and electronic trading platforms.
• Deep knowledge of FX Spot, Forwards and Swaps.
• Ability to originate new business and manage a commercial pipeline.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop new institutional client relationships across FX and Bullion.
• Drive revenue with a focus on electronic trading and technology-led FX solutions.
• Manage pricing and execution across FX Spot, Forwards and Swaps.
• Own pricing models and revenue from new business.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Collaborate with FX coverage, Operations, Settlements, Legal and Compliance to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service.
• Communicate pipeline and performance metrics to Head of FX Sales, EMEA.
• Travel to meet prospective and existing clients.
