IQ-EQ in Jersey is seeking a Senior Manager – Funds to lead client portfolio management, drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance and build high‑performing teams. You will oversee the Client Administration Team, improve processes, manage financial performance, provide risk oversight, and support new business growth while maintaining exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional with ICSA/ACCA or equivalent in fund services.
• Strong knowledge of fund administration, applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, numeracy and IT skills.
• Strong communication and relationship management capabilities.
• Resilient in a fast-paced environment with a risk-aware mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value client portfolio with excellent service delivery, profitability, and client relationships.
• Oversee Client Administration Team, ensure workload allocation and team development.
• Drive process improvements and manage financial performance (revenue, utilisation, debt).
• Provide technical leadership and risk oversight, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper risk management.
• Support business growth, manage stakeholders, mentor staff, and promote a collaborative team culture.
