Oxford Health Charity is seeking an ambitious Senior Fundraising Manager to unlock our fundraising potential and help shape a high-value programme for Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust across mental health and community services.

You will lead partnerships with trusts, foundations, corporate partners and major donors, identify new opportunities and work with colleagues to turn ideas into fundable projects that improve outcomes for patients, carers, families and staff.

Oxford Health Charity is entering an exciting new chapter, and we're looking for an ambitious Senior Fundraising Manager to help unlock our fundraising potential.

As the charity supporting Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, we work across mental health and community healthcare services spanning several counties. With extensive networks, diverse services and ambitious plans for growth, there are significant opportunities to develop new partnerships and philanthropic support.

And we've only just begun to explore what's possible.

This newly created role offers the opportunity to help shape our high-value fundraising programme, working closely with the Head of Charity to grow income through trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, major donors and other philanthropic opportunities.

You'll identify and build relationships, develop compelling funding propositions and work with colleagues across the Trust to turn ideas into fundable projects that make a meaningful difference for patients, carers, families and staff.

We're looking for an experienced, proactive fundraiser with a track record of generating income, developing relationships and identifying new opportunities.

You’ll bring strategic thinking, commercial awareness and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders and supporters. NHS experience isn’t essential – we’re looking for ambition, expertise and the drive to make things happen.

You’ll join a small, ambitious charity team with the reach and opportunities of a large NHS Foundation Trust behind it. At a pivotal point in our development, you’ll have the scope to bring fresh ideas, explore untapped potential and help shape our future.
