Oxford Health Charity is seeking a Senior Fundraising Manager to lead high-value fundraising and philanthropy, building sustainable income across trusts, foundations, corporate partnerships, major donors, legacies and other opportunities. You will work with the Head of Charity to shape strategy and develop funding propositions.

Qualifikationen

• Significant professional fundraising experience.
• Experience of developing compelling funding proposals and fundraising propositions.
• Experience of monitoring fundraising performance, forecasting income and reporting.

• Lead high-value fundraising and philanthropy initiatives.
• Develop a strong pipeline of prospective funders and supporters.
• Identify funding opportunities and turn priorities into fundable projects.
• Develop plans to grow restricted and unrestricted fundraising income.
• Lead trusts, foundations and grant fundraising; develop corporate partnerships.
• Cultivate major donors and legacy giving; manage donor relationships.
• Create cases for support and funding applications; work with clinicians to define fundable projects.
• Build and manage a fundraising pipeline with forecasts and performance data.
• Support development of future appeals and capital fundraising opportunities.
