Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fundraising leadership roles.
• Commercial acumen with cross‑functional experience.
• Strong relationship management and high‑level asks.

Responsibilities

• Own overall fundraising performance and KPIs across channels.
• Develop and deliver a strategy for major donors and corporate partners.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects; lead asks with CEO/trustees as needed.
• Design stewardship programmes to increase lifetime value and loyalty.
• Ensure CRM integrity and data‑driven performance tracking.
• Line‑manage fundraising staff and align reporting with other teams.
• Report to Executive Team and Board with insights and actions.
