This senior role is responsible for designing and implementing fundraising strategies to secure the resources needed to support vital programs, including major gifts, corporate partnerships, and grants.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in fundraising and development
• Proven success in major gifts, donor cultivation, and corporate partnerships
• Strong grant writing and management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan to meet annual targets.
• Cultivate and solicit major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Manage donor relationships and ensure effective stewardship and reporting.
• Oversee grant applications, research, proposal writing and reporting.
• Plan fundraising events and campaigns to engage donors.
• Lead and mentor fundraising staff and coordinate with teams across the organization.
