Job summary

Experian is seeking a Senior FullStack Engineer to drive end-to-end product features in a TDD-first, product-driven environment in London. You will work across frontend and backend, pair-program with the team, and ship high-quality, impactful features that empower employment and income verification.

You’ll build APIs, influence architecture, and ensure security and reliability across services. You will collaborate with product and design to deliver features end-to-end, enhance front-end design,

Qualifications

• Experience as a full stack engineer
• End-to-end systems mindset for product scale
• Experience in close-knit, collaborative teams
• Agile environment with CI/CD practices
• Passion for user-friendly products and product-led growth
• Knack for identifying good UX
• Strong testing practices (Test Driven Development)
• Nice to have: AWS SQS, AWS Lambda, CD/Feature flags, E2E testing

Responsibilities

• Work with Head of Engineering to meet milestones
• Communicate trade-offs to other areas of the business
• Collaborate with the development team to influence system architecture and feature design
• Design, test, and deploy new features
• Work with product and design to manage features end-to-end. You build it, you run it.
• Build and deploy APIs for interconnected services
• Help improve front-end design
• Use AI-assisted development tools to enhance frontend workflows.
• Enhance the availability of our main services
• Strengthen the security and reliability of our entire system
