Job summary

YTL UK is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive end-to-end delivery, from data and backend services to user-facing interfaces. You will design, build, test, and maintain production-grade software within a fast-paced AI-first team.

You will write production-grade code, review peers, and ensure reliability, performance and maintainability. The role emphasizes hands-on development across data, services and UI with a focus on scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack capability with hands-on delivery in Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Fluent Python and JavaScript/TypeScript across backend, frontend and automation scripting.
• UI/UX awareness and knowledge of design trends.
• Ability to take data slices through to interface with tests/evals.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
• Security, observability and test automation foundations.
• Experience with AI-first, agentic delivery and AI evals.
• Judgement on when agents help vs human design is needed.
• Honest, early signalling on progress, blockers and scope.
• Knowledge of multiple AI tools/models and selecting appropriate ones.
• Strong prompt and context engineering skills.
• Experience coordinating agentic software workflows with AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end services from data to interface with tests and evals.
• Build from harness scaffolding and rules to enable default inheritability.
• Own outputs of agentic workflows with high understandability.
• Keep progress legible; signal blockers and scope risks early.
• Pay down debt and feed build reality into the harness backlog.
• Take on harder work and expand code review participation.
• Track industry trends and experiment with new AI techniques.
