Job summary

Ebury in London is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer for the Payments Experience team. You’ll architect high-scale web applications and platform tooling that empower the entire engineering org to ship fast and reliably.

Bring 5+ years of building high-performance, client-facing web apps, with backend Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, RESTful APIs, and frontend TypeScript, React, Jest, Storybook. You’ll mentor engineers and own deployments, CI/CD, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building high-performance, client-facing web applications.
• Strong backend with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Strong frontend with TypeScript, React, Jest and Storybook.

Responsibilities

• Scale our next-generation platform channels while keeping long-term stability.
• Lead service and component design through RFC processes.
• Own local code, containers, CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to improve code quality and delivery.
