Job summary

CreateFuture, an AI-native consulting partner, is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to shape technical direction, mentor teams and embed AI into delivery. You’ll design scalable backend in Java/Spring and frontend in React, building APIs and microservices that power business outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with clients across industries, champion quality, testing and automation, and help grow capability across the team in a flexible, hybrid environment with multiple office hubs.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with modern Java and React.
• Proven ability to design scalable backend and intuitive frontends.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs and secure design.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable backend systems with Java/Spring and React frontends.
• Lead architectural discussions and ensure maintainability and performance.
• Develop RESTful APIs with security and versioning.
• Build high-performance UIs in React integrated with backend services.
• Promote engineering excellence via testing, documentation and reviews.
• Drive multi-initiative delivery balancing speed, quality and business value.
