TPXimpact | B Corp™ is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in the United Kingdom to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product, UX/UI, DevOps, and QA to ensure software meets business needs.

You will contribute to architecture decisions and lead CI/CD improvements while staying current with industry trends and secure-by-design principles.

Qualifications

• Must have proven full-stack software development experience, from design to deployment.
• Experience with cloud platforms and IaC (Terraform).
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices, CI/CD focus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions that are robust, secure, tested and scalable.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions aligned with project goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
• Implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and quality.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback for quality improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate new technologies where beneficial.
• Drive coding standards, testing, and documentation improvements.
