TPXimpact is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software. You will mentor juniors, collaborate across functions, and drive best practices in a technology-agnostic environment focused on flexible, scalable solutions.

You will contribute to architecture decisions, implement CI/CD, and stay current with industry trends, applying secure by design principles and well-architected approaches. This role offers a hybrid work model in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-stack software development, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices with CI/CD focus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable software.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions aligned with business goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
