Job summary

Areti Group | B Corp™ seeks an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join a live delivery team building mission-critical systems for government use. You’ll work across Java backend and React/TypeScript frontend, deployed on AWS and Azure, with a flexible hybrid policy and occasional client visits.

Role offers potential technical leadership growth, mentoring, and direct client relationships, with in-person time allocated roughly fortnightly and flexible home/office balance.

Qualifications

• Able to work across AWS and Azure environments.
• Proven delivery track record and client-facing experience.
• SC clearance eligibility and UK residency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test full-stack solutions using Java backend and React/TypeScript frontend.
• Maintain and improve CI pipelines with GitLab focusing on quality and security.
• Deploy and operate systems on AWS and Azure.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to translate requirements into software solutions.
• May mentor engineers and own architectural decisions depending on seniority.
