Burendo is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our London team in a managed service capacity. You will support and enhance a diverse range of applications, owning BAU operations, and contributing to ongoing improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on cloud experience (Azure or AWS), strong programming skills across Java, Python, NodeJS, or C#, and comfort with infrastructure-as-code and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Java, Python, NodeJS, or C# (must-have).
• Cloud platform experience: Azure or AWS (must-have).
• Infrastructure-as-code: Terraform (must-have).
• Familiarity with ITIL practices (must-have).
• Experience with on-call/out-of-hours support (must-have).

Responsibilities

• Perform BAU operations across multiple applications.
• Bug fixes and feature enhancements.
• Patching and upgrades of packages.
• Secret rotations, cert renewals, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Contribute to L2/L3 incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain runbooks and operational documentation.
• Participate in on-call rota and out-of-hours support.
• Mentor mid-level and associate engineers.
