Job summary

Burendo Limited is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a hybrid London team, supporting and enhancing a broad set of applications and ecosystems. You will own BAU operations, lead incident resolution, and contribute to ongoing improvements in a managed service environment.

You will work across multiple languages (Java, Python, NodeJS, C#) with Azure or AWS, IaC (Terraform), and ITIL practices, while participating in an on-call rota and mentoring mid-level engineers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java, Python, NodeJS, or C#.
• Strong cloud experience with Azure or AWS.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform.
• Solid ITIL practices.
• Experience with on-call and out-of-hours support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform business-as-usual operations for a variety of applications, including bug fixes and feature enhancements.
• Handle patching, upgrades, and certificate renewals, maintaining runbooks and docs.
• Contribute to incident management and RCA investigations for complex L2/L3 incidents.
• Maintain and update operational runbooks and post-incident reports.
• Participate in on-call rota, including out-of-hours incident response.
