Qualifications

• Working knowledge of at least one of Java, Python, NodeJS, or C#.
• Strong hands-on cloud platform experience, Azure or AWS.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code technologies such as Terraform.
• Solid understanding of ITIL practices.
• Experience with on-call and out-of-hours support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform bug fixes and feature enhancements for applications.
• Manage and resolve complex L2/L3 incidents.
• Conduct root cause analysis and post-incident investigations.
• Update runbooks and operational documentation.
• Participate in on-call rota for incident response.
