Job summary

Applied Data Science Partners Ltd. is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead design, development and deployment of complex software solutions in an on-site Bath setting.

You will architect data pipelines, backend services and APIs with a focus on UI/UX, scalability and business value, using Python, Typescript and cloud/Docker technologies. The role requires DV clearance eligibility, on-site presence three days per week, and accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience presenting technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Proven experience developing complex user interfaces, backend APIs and software integrations using React.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development and deployment of robust software solutions.
• Contribute to architecting and maintaining data engineering pipelines, backend services and APIs.
• Review code via Git to promote quality, security and standards.
• Support cloud deployments and infrastructure (Azure, GCP) with Docker and Linux scripting.
• Develop and implement databases using SQL on cloud platforms with performance focus.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing systems with strong problem-solving skills.
• Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders via docs, calls and presentations.
