Job summary
YTL UK is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive end-to-end product delivery with a hands-on approach in an AI-first engineering team. You will design, build, test and maintain software services, write production-quality code, and ensure reliability and performance across data, backend and user interfaces.

Qualifications
- Proven full-stack delivery experience in Azure DevOps environment.
- Awareness of UI/UX best practices and design trends.
- Ability to take data-to-interface slices without detailed specs.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
- Security, observability and test automation fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with AI-first, agentic development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Deliver services end to end from data to user interface with tests and evaluations.
- Build from harness scaffolding, rules files and skills library to enable default floor inheritance.
- Own the output of agentic workflows and ensure it is understood and auditable by the team.
- Raise blockers early and signal scope risks to protect fixed time boxes.
- Reduce technical debt and address logged exceptions with the Architect.
- Lead code reviews and grow capability across the delivery cycles.
- Track industry trends and experiment with AI techniques, sharing learnings.
