Job summary

YTL UK is seeking an Engineering Architect to own and evolve the technical foundations that support product and service delivery. You will enable fast AI-first delivery with secure, observable, and scalable solutions, while not rebuilding core foundations for every cycle.

You will lead the harness across seven dimensions, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and ensure governance is light-touch yet effective. Expect hands-on delivery in Azure, containerisation, and deployment topology within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on full stack capability with Azure/ADO in an AI-first delivery setup.
• Strong coding experience across Python and JS/TS for backend, frontend and automation.
• Security, observability and automation principles applied to delivery pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve technical foundations, standards and harnesses for secure, tested defaults.
• Build and maintain shared CI/CD pipelines and release governance with DORA metrics.
• Lead light-touch governance and ensure observability from commit to live.
• Hands-on full-stack work within time-boxed deliveries to prevent drift.
• Design delivery stack end-to-end for Azure, including deployment topology.
