Futureheads Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a fast-growing technology-led business to recruit a Full Stack Data Analyst on a 9-12 month contract in London. The role sits in a high-impact commercial analytics function, offering significant autonomy and visibility from day one.

You'll own analytics architecture supporting customer lifecycle insights, partner with commercial leaders, and deliver actionable insights that shape strategy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in analytics and analytics engineering within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
• Advanced SQL and dbt with a strong focus on data modelling and architecture.
• Experience with BigQuery or similar modern cloud data platforms.
• Deep expertise with BI tools such as Looker and LookML.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate ambiguity into actionable insight.
• Experience mentoring data professionals and helping establish analytical standards.
• Nice to have: Python experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the analytical architecture supporting customer acquisition, growth, retention, and customer lifecycle insights.
• Partner with commercial and operational leaders to solve complex business challenges through data.
• Deliver actionable insights that influence business strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
• Define and maintain trusted business metrics and reporting standards.
• Improve data quality, governance, and analytical best practices across the organisation.
• Build scalable analytics solutions designed for both self-service reporting and AI-enabled decision-making.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to a strong data culture.
