Job summary

Pleo is seeking a Staff Full Stack Data Analyst to lead the analytics layer for GTM, shaping metrics, governance, and architecture. You will partner with RevOps, CX, Sales, and Data teams to enable self-serve analytics and AI-ready data models.

You will mentor analysts, drive data quality, and define contracts that ensure consistent metrics across BI tools and AI use cases. Hybrid/remote options available.

Qualifications

• Lead or staff level experience in data analytics/analytics engineering in a fast-paced SaaS.
• Expert SQL and dbt modelling with defensible architecture.
• Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Git-based workflows and CI/CD for analytics code.
• Experience with BigQuery and cost/performance optimization.
• Proficient in Looker or similar BI tools and commercial analytics.
• Strong data contracts, governance and metrics definition.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics layer architecture for GTM: acquisition, onboarding, growth and retention.
• Define canonical GTM metrics in the semantic layer with Data Services & Governance.
• Mentor analysts, conduct reviews, and raise team capability.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape questions and drive decisions.
• Ensure analytics outputs support AI tools and self-serve needs.
• Lead data quality improvements and governance initiatives.
