Pleo is seeking a Staff Full Stack Data Analyst to lead analytics for GTM, acquisition, onboarding, growth, and retention. You will shape the analytics layer, govern data contracts, and enable AI-ready self-serve analytics for senior commercial leadership and RevOps.

You will collaborate with Sales, CS, CX, and onboarding/product analytics teams while mentoring analysts and defining scalable data models. This role offers hybrid/remote options and a strong growth path.

Qualifications

• Experience operating at Staff or Lead level in data analytics or analytics engineering within SaaS.
• Proficiency in SQL and dbt; ability to design layered, well-architected models.
• Strong Python skills for data analysis and manipulation.
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD for analytics code.
• Expertise in BigQuery performance optimization and cost considerations.
• Mastery of a modern BI tool such as Looker or Omni.
• Commercial analytics specialization with GTM metrics and revenue awareness.
• Systems thinking on data quality; governance and root-cause fixes.
• Understanding of data contracts; SLAs and producer-consumer agreements.
• Awareness of analytics outputs serving AI and self-serve consumption.
• Experience mentoring analysts and engaging with senior GTM stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the architectural direction of the analytics layer for GTM metrics and customer lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve upstream data quality issues and governance gaps.
• Define canonical GTM metric definitions in the semantic layer and ensure consistency across tools.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape questions worth answering.
• Lead in-depth analysis of customer behaviour and performance.
• Design governance for experimentation with rigorous statistical methods.
• Build analytics designed for self-serve and AI access.
• Mentor analysts through code reviews and design discussions.
• Contribute to engineering and analytics standards across the data community.
