Job summary

Fanatics Markets in the United Kingdom (Remote) seeks a Senior Blockchain Engineer - Full Stack to own the web platform, drive AI-assisted development, and lead technical direction for a high-growth prediction market product.

You will collaborate with product and design, contribute to the Go backend, and shape engineering practices in a 0→1 environment while delivering scalable, secure web experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficient in React-driven web apps with modern state management
• Experience building blockchain dApps on EVM or Solana
• Knowledge of web3 libraries (ethers.js/viem) and smart contract interaction
• Strong focus on performance, accessibility, and web standards
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and safe deployment practices
• Track record using AI tools to accelerate production code delivery
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and clear communication

Responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of the Markets web platform with product and design
• Design and implement feature flagging and A/B experimentation
• Integrate with backend APIs and collaborate with platform teams
• Contribute to the Go backend
• Lead code reviews and raise quality standards
• Leverage AI tools to improve development velocity while ensuring security and correctness
• Document team standards for AI usage and code reviews
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced 0→1 environment
