Job summary

Caritas Recruitment in Lincolnshire is seeking a Front Line Advanced Practitioner to join our social work team, delivering safeguarding services and leading case discussions. The role includes mentoring junior staff and guiding best practice within the team.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop intervention plans, and ensure high-quality records while collaborating with multidisciplinary partners.

Qualifications

• Recognised social work qualification (CQSW, DipSW or equivalent).
• Current registration with Social Work England is required.
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in child protection or family support.
• Strong assessment, analytical and decision-making abilities; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
• Develop and implement intervention plans with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide supervision and support to social workers and team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely case records in line with legislation.
• Engage with external agencies to promote integrated service delivery.
