Job summary

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult's Advanced Practitioner to join its client’s Community Social Work team, based in Nottinghamshire. This role offers professional leadership, supervision, and mentoring to social care staff while maintaining a reduced caseload of highly complex cases.

You will support adults across the community with assessments, care planning, safeguarding, and statutory interventions.

Qualifications

• Qualified social worker with leadership and supervision experience.
• Experience undertaking complex adult safeguarding and assessments.
• Strong knowledge of Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and related legislation.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead practitioner and provide professional leadership.
• Manage a reduced caseload of highly complex cases.
• Undertake Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions.
• Chair meetings and provide expert guidance to practitioners and partners.
• Support workforce development and service improvement initiatives.
