Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd is recruiting an Advanced Social Work Practitioner to lead a community Adult Social Care team across the East Midlands. You will combine complex casework with practice leadership, supporting managers to maintain high standards and embed new ways of working across the service.

You’ll mentor less experienced Social Workers, drive innovative all-age practice and collaborate with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for adults and families.

Qualifications

• A recognised Social Work qualification.
• Current Social Work England registration.
• Car driver with access to a vehicle essential.
• Significant post-qualified experience within Adult Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Leading and inspiring colleagues to deliver high-quality, strengths-based Adult Social Care
• Supporting the development and implementation of innovative all-age working practices
• Providing expert guidance, reflective support and mentoring to less experienced Social Workers
• Managing and supporting complex adult social care cases across a range of needs and circumstances
• Completing robust assessments, reviews, care and support plans tailored to individual needs
