You’ll own features end-to-end, collaborating with product, backend engineering, and business stakeholders to create fast, intuitive, and trustworthy journeys. Hybrid work and strong career growth opportunities await.

Qualificações

• Strong production web app experience with React.
• Advanced hands-on TypeScript coding.
• Experience with GraphQL APIs.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance.
• Experience with modern testing (integration and end-to-end).
• Good eye for design, interaction details, responsiveness, accessibility, and product polish.
• Product-minded with focus on customer outcomes.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn complex problems into shippable solutions.
• Pride in craft, clean code, reviews, and mentoring.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship high-quality frontend features using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Tailwind.
• Lead frontend projects from concept through delivery, including technical design and testing.
• Collaborate with product, backend engineering, and stakeholders to simplify mortgage journeys and deliver fast, intuitive experiences.
• Bring strong UI/UX judgment to product decisions and polish.
• Champion frontend architecture, component systems, performance, accessibility, and DX.
• Raise frontend standards across the team.
