Job summary

RedCat Digital seeks a Senior Frontend Engineer to help shape customer experiences on website and app through CRO and experimentation. You will translate test plans into production-ready A/B tests and QA them thoroughly while collaborating with Analysts to interpret results.

In a small, senior team embedded in Marketing, you will work closely with Ecommerce, Analytics and Product, driving commercial thinking and challenging test plans, not just executing them.

Qualifications

• Experience with experimentation, CRO and A/B testing is required.
• Ability to analyze live test data and iterate based on results.
• Demonstrated capability to set engineering standards and ensure code quality for scalability.
• Commercial mindset with ability to challenge test plans and drive value.
