Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to own the experimentation program across the on-site funnel, from marketing site to onboarding. You will craft hypotheses, design tests, and build on-performance experiences with a data-driven approach.

You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, copy, and marketing to ship high-quality variants, analyze results, and drive durable improvements, with remote-first flexibility across NA and EU.

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning a CRO/experimentation program with measurable gains.
• Hands-on A/B and multivariate testing experience using industry tools.
• Strong analytics and statistical rigor to interpret results.
• Experience optimizing signup, onboarding, and landing-page funnels.
• Ability to collaborate with design, engineering, copy, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across funnels.
• Form hypotheses from analytics and user research; prioritize tests by impact.
• Design, build, QA, and launch tests; ensure statistical validity.
• Partner with design, engineering, and copy to ship high-quality variants.
• Analyze results, document learnings, and drive durable funnel improvements.
• Instrument funnel analytics and align on-site with paid and lifecycle traffic.
• Raise experimentation velocity and rigor as the program scales.
