A leading company in healthcare communication is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to innovate and scale their product. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to product decisions while enjoying a competitive salary and various benefits.
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will work closely with your Product Team and pod to scale and innovate our product, with opportunities to build new solutions. You’ll play a key role in driving technical product decisions within a cross-functional team of engineers, Product Managers, and UX Designers.
Every day, you’ll apply a "product engineer" mindset—being close to users and their needs, participating in user research sessions with patients and healthcare teams, focusing on end goals, and continuously improving the live services you ship.
Support complex features and find solutions to poorly defined problems.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and paired programming, setting an example both in and outside of code.
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across teams and pods.
Contribute to our frontend guild and working groups by sharing knowledge and best practices.

You have proven success as a Senior Frontend or Full Stack Developer, with a broad impact on business outcomes.
Experience in React is preferred, but candidates with other frameworks are encouraged to apply and learn React if interested.
You have solid JavaScript experience; TypeScript experience is a bonus.
You understand the fundamentals and nuances of product development.
