ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems.
2. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
4. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
6. Introduce and advocate for best practices in software development.
7. Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection.
8. Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with on-premise hardware options and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with performance optimization and scalability.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience with modern software development methodologies and practices.
• Proven track record of leading technical projects and delivering results.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience with database design and optimization.
