Job summary

DW Search is seeking a senior Front Office Lead Business Analyst to join a major investment technology and transformation function within a leading asset manager. You will lead a team of analysts while shaping strategic change across the Front Office landscape.

In this hands‑on role you will partner with Portfolio Managers, investment teams and technology partners to translate priorities into requirements, operating models and scalable solutions, while driving improvements in analysis standards

Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis experience within Asset or Investment Management.
• Understanding of Front Office / Public Markets investment processes.
• Experience delivering across research, portfolio management, trading or investment operations.
• Experience leading, mentoring or managing Business Analysts.
• Experience collaborating with senior investment and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to define requirements, processes and operating models.
• Comfortable partnering with Product, Architecture and Engineering teams.
• Strategic thinker who remains hands-on when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of experienced Business Analysts working across Front Office investment technology.
• Partner with Fund Managers and senior investment stakeholders to understand priorities and shape strategic change.
• Lead analysis and solution design across complex investment and technology initiatives.
• Define requirements, business processes, capabilities and target operating models.
• Work closely with Product, Architecture and Engineering throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardise processes and technology across investment teams.
• Help shape roadmaps and prioritise change based on business value.
• Ensure solutions remain aligned to wider platform and technology strategy.
• Support the adoption of data, analytics and AI across investment processes.
• Establish and continuously improve Business Analysis and design standards across the team.
