As the Senior Front of House Coordinator for our Host Team, you will be a key pillar of support to the Front of House Team. You will act as the main link between management and the team, making sure service standards are consistently kept, issues are actioned and followed through, and performance is addressed promptly so the team stays accountable.

Reporting to the Front of House Team Lead and based at Henrietta House, London, you will work across all client-facing floors, leading by example on the floor, responding to urgent operational changes and helping deliver a consistent five-star experience for every client and guest.

  • Prepare and share the Daily Team Schedule in advance, showing shifts, stations, timings, lunch cover and additional duties.
  • Review the schedule throughout the day and adjust for sickness, annual leave, events and peak periods, communicating changes clearly.
