Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling courier shipments and air cargo bookings.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a shifting environment and prioritise tasks autonomously.
• Great attention to detail with accurate documentation.
• Experience in art shipping or within a startup ecosystem is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export (UK) and import shipments across airfreight, roadfreight, and courier within time and budget.
• Prepare documentation for customs and ensure smooth clearance (AWBs, T1s, POAs, etc.).
• Manage export customs declarations via eCustoms and CDS with correct tariff codes.
• Provide customer service guidance to overseas importers on customs documents.
• Coordinate with overseas agents (white glove partners) to complete shipments.
• Monitor orders with internal systems and provide timely updates.
• Troubleshoot freight issues and remove blockers to keep shipments moving.
• Suggest and implement process improvements within Freight & Customs teams.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Care and Warehouse teams.
