Monzo is seeking a Senior Fraud Risk Manager to lead our fraud strategy and risk programs across UK and EU accounts, ensuring strong controls while preserving a seamless customer experience.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and Data teams to implement scalable fraud solutions, mentoring a high-performing team and driving end-to-end initiatives in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Formación

• Strong experience leading fraud strategy and risk teams.
• Knowledge of UK & EU fraud regulations.
• Skilled at building tech-driven fraud strategies that scale across operations.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end projects and large-scale change programs.
• Stays updated on industry trends and fraud risks.
• Empathetic communicator who aligns messaging with company values.

Responsabilidades

• Lead our global Fraud & Disputes Risk team and work with cross-functional squads.
• Build relationships with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to design effective fraud controls and processes.
• Champion a positive team culture and ensure key fraud initiatives stay on track.
• Oversee end-to-end design and rollout of fraud controls and monitoring.
