Turnitin is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with Technology and Product, delivering high-quality financial insight to support strategic decisions. This broad FP&A role sits in a fast-paced educational software business with financial, operational and commercial exposure.

You will collaborate with Technology and Product leaders on budgets, forecasts, reporting, and ad-hoc projects, ensuring costs are captured accurately and financial results reflect activity across functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Finance department.
• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification or part-qualified.
• Strong Excel and reporting tool skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem solving and analytical aptitude.
• Self-starter with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Accounting team to ensure costs are recorded accurately.
• Review monthly results and investigate variances.
• Develop understanding of underlying financial transactions and reflect activity in reporting.
• Provide end-to-end financial business partnering and challenge management on decisions.
• Own monthly forecasting and management reporting as part of FP&A.
• Provide financial insight and build relationships with senior managers and other departments.
• Support stakeholders with financial analysis for decision making.
• Assist with annual budget process for business areas.
