Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a Finance department.
• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification or part qualified.
• Strong Excel skills and aptitude for reporting tools.
• Attention to detail and analytical problem solving.
• Self-starter, able to work cross-functionally and independently.
• Team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Accounting to ensure costs are recorded accurately.
• Review monthly results and investigate variances.
• Develop understanding of financial transactions and reflect activity in reports.
• Provide end-to-end financial business partnering and challenge management decisions.
• Own monthly forecasting and management reports within FP&A.
• Provide financial insight and challenge to stakeholders across teams.
• Support annual budgeting process for business areas.
• Maintain robust financial controls and develop reporting.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support ad hoc analyses and information requests.
• Analyze spend, headcount, vendor costs and investments across Technology and Product.
• Translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations.
• Build relationships with Technology and Product leadership as a trusted advisor.
