Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with Technology and Product, delivering high-quality financial insight and challenging the business to improve decisions. This role sits in a fast-paced educational software environment with broad exposure to financial, operational, and commercial activities.

You will work closely with Technology and Product leaders on budgets, forecasts, reporting, and ad-hoc projects, ensuring costs are captured accurately and results reflect underlying

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a finance department.
• Qualified or part-qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting tools.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate cost recording.
• Review monthly results and investigate variances.
• Lead monthly forecasts and management reporting within FP&A.
• Provide expert financial advice to senior management.
• Support annual budgeting and cost control initiatives.
• Translate complex financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
• Build relationships with Tech and Product leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Identify efficiency improvements across business processes.
